There are concrete floors, white walls, and huge floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the entire space, providing a bright, neutral canvas for your images. Our curated collection of furniture, accessories, and decor create versatile and interesting settings.
In addition to our kitchen, office, living room, and bedroom scenes, we also offer seasonal sets that feature unique themes.

Yes, you can move the furniture and remove wall art to make it your own. we do ask that you pick up the furniture rather than drag it. You will be responsible if anything is broken or damaged after your session.

YES. Children are allowed in the studio and we ask that they are supervised. We do have some breakable items and lighting in the studio.

If you cancel 7 or more days before your booking, you will receive a full refund (including all fees). You may cancel your booking between 7 days and 24 hours before your booked start time to receive a 50% refund (excluding fees). Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booked start time are not refundable.

When booking through Peerspace all of the liability is included.

Yes! The studio is 1300 sq ft that can host up to 15 people. It’s a great space for meetings, workshops, and retreats.

$95 per hour with a 1 hour minimum.

I won’t be changing out the furniture but I will be adding new pieces, accent pieces, and creating a prop room so that you can make it your own and have options.

Yes!! This is a great way to stay busy throughout the year and stay creative, all while giving your clients unique experiences. Spring minis, mommy and me, Santa/holiday sessions — the options are endless!

Yes! Pets are allowed, but there will be an additional $50 cleaning fee charged.
